Workshop on Application of UAVs in the Environmental Sciences
On October, 4th 2022 a 1-day workshop on „Application of UAVs in the Environmental Sciences“ will happen in the conference area of the Hotel Pullman Newa Dresden, Germany. It is especially aimed at young academics and students in higher semesters. The event is organized along the lines of the new open access teaching book “UAVs for the Environmental Sciences”, which has been edited by the DFG network UAV4Env and which will be presented the first time at the workshop.
There will be invited talks by some of the book authors (see below) and a poster session, where you can present your UAV based work for discussions.

The workshop is held in cooperation with the Dreiländertagung 2022 of DGPF - OVG - SGPF and will be sponsored by the German Society of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Geoinformation (DGPF) and the German Research Foundation (DFG). The workshop fee will be 30 EUR (early bird registration before June 30, 2022). Deadline for poster abstracts is August 30, 2022.
